A large eCommerce company in Miami is seeking a Director of eCommerce to lead and expand its online operations. This role involves building, managing, and optimizing website performance, increasing online sales, and overseeing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and conversions.
• Oversee website operations, including functionality, UX, and performance.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including PPC, SEO, and email campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize business decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships, including marketing agencies and tech providers.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
• Implement eCommerce best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
