Certifications: AHA or ARC certifications
Must-Have: EPIC experience required

Job Description:

- Work in an outpatient clinic located within a retirement community.
- Provide physical therapy for outpatient cases, including orthopedic, geriatric, and some neurological conditions.
- Schedule Requirements: Monday 10:30-7:00, Tuesday/Thursday 9:00-5:30, Wednesday/Friday 7:00-3:30.
- Potential to care for COVID patients.
- Facility maintains a tobacco and fragrance-free environment.
- Completion of modules is required prior to start, generally taking 5-6 hours.
- Compliance with COVID-19 and flu vaccine requirements, with allowances for medical or religious exemptions.
- Interview with the manager after clinical review to determine the best fit.
- Travel compliance details required for out of state candidates.
