Job Summary

The Sales Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and align with the company's long-term business goals. This role works closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and operations to optimize sales performance through data-driven insights, process improvements, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting: Lead sales planning processes, including target setting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor and assess sales performance metrics (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates, and sales cycle duration) to recommend improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales enablement team to develop tools, training, and resources that empower sales teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate sales performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Support and mentor sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or related roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work closely with the headquarters in China as well as the US facility.
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%
  • product sales experience in a manufacturing Textile environment preferred
