We are seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon or Neurological Surgeon in Northern VA to join a busy and established private practice. 2024 start!
The ideal candidate will be an American Board of Spine Surgery Boarded Physician, interested in a mixed practice heavily focused on Spinal diseases and conditions, spine care and diagnosis and treatment of spinal diseases and conditions.
You will have access to a multi-specialty team of an experienced board certified orthopedic spinal surgeon and 3 board certified anesthesiologists with interventional pain management fellowships.
Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Performing routine examinations specific to orthopedic function and musculoskeletal disease
Performing hospital based spine procedures and spine surgery
Creating and managing patient treatment plans
Observing patient outcomes--recommending changes to the treatment plan as necessary
Documenting all aspects of the patient experience via EMR
Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout all aspects of treatment
Adherence to medical state medical board guidelines, laws and restrictions
Collaboration and supervision of the PA's
