Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00); Schedule may vary: 8-7 Monday-Thursday, 8-4:30 Friday

Experience: Minimum of 2 years

License: Licensed Physical Therapist

Certifications: EPIC experience required

Must-Have: EPIC experience, Active Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania

Job Description:

- Work in an outpatient rehabilitation center located within a retirement community.
- Provide care for orthopedic, geriatric, and some neurological patients.
- Potential to care for patients recovering from COVID-19.
- Tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
- Pre-screening by clinical staff determines clinical fit; final decision made by the manager after candidate interview.
- Accommodation for holidays and no weekend or call requirements.
- Modules for orientation are billable and typically take 5-6 hours to complete prior to the start.
- Limited to a maximum of 7 days of requested time off, with more than 5 days impacting contract duration to ensure full term completion.
