Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the parts department, aligning operations with company growth objectives.
- Optimize inventory management, ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Modernize and improve workflows, implementing scalable systems and best practices.
- Develop and mentor the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Utilize data analytics to drive efficiency, track key metrics, and improve operations.
- Work cross-functionally with production, service, and procurement teams to align strategies.
- Build strong vendor and supplier relationships for cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, ensuring quality control in all parts operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in parts operations, inventory management, or related roles.
- 5+ years of leadership experience with a track record of building high-performance teams.
- Proven ability to scale departments, improve workflows, and introduce new technologies.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, etc.).
- Experience in technical manufacturing or the packaging industry is a plus.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality service and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
