We are currently seeking the right candidate to help grow the team and assist with delivering the exceptional service and advice that our clients expect and deserve.

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Wealth Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and deepening client relationships by providing comprehensive financial advice, investment strategies, and personalized wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, technical expertise in financial planning, and a passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Details
Location: Denver, CO (must be based in the Denver metro area)
Works closely with: Partners across Investment Banking, Family Office, and Accelerator Fund, as well as the Advisory Team

Job Duties Include:

Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of clients, ensuring a proactive and personalized approach to their financial needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and unique circumstances.
  • Conduct regular client meetings (in-person and virtual) to review financial plans, investment portfolios, and overall wealth management strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams (investment, tax, estate planning, operations) to provide holistic financial solutions.
  • Leverage CRM tools and client data to record meeting notes & client activities, enhance relationship-building efforts and track engagement.

Financial Planning & Advisory:
  • Develop, present, and implement customized financial plans, addressing retirement, estate, tax, insurance, and investment needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on asset allocation, risk management, and financial goal-setting.
  • Stay current with market trends, tax law changes, and financial planning strategies to provide proactive advice.


Job Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFP preferred).
  • CFP, CFA, CPA, or ChFC designation or Series 65 (or in progress) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and financial planning principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail).
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • Team player, great cultural fit within the Class VI organization

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary for this role will range from $100,000 to $125,000 with incentive compensation eligibility.
