The Hospital Director Palliative Care reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, with a team of department managers reporting up to this role, including Nursing, Social Services, and Therapy Services. The director will collaborate closely with medical leadership and administrative teams to drive excellence in care delivery and operations.
The palliative and home health teams led by the Hospital Director Palliative Care are robust, featuring nurse care managers, home health aides, medical social workers, and a dedicated medical director. With a focus on providing comfort care and enhancing the dignity and quality of life for patients, the department is dedicated to serving an expanding community of individuals and families in need of these vital services.
