Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Job Specialty: Behavioral Health
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days - 8 hours: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., with weekends and holidays as assigned
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a chemical dependency unit
License: Active IN license
Certifications: BLS and CPI (can be obtained on-site)
Must-Have:
- Master's degree
- Experience working with chemical dependency
Job Description:
- Work within a full-service adult addiction treatment facility.
- Provide evidence-based treatment using methods with proven scientific effectiveness.
- Engage in therapy methods backed by clinical trials and data analysis.
- Collaborate with a team in a setting with 81 beds for detox and residential treatment.
- Uphold policies ensuring all patients are voluntary and respect the no-restraint environment.
- Support a team with a staffing ratio of RNs 1:16, Techs 1:12, and Counselors 1:12.
- Contribute to a facility where no on-site security or visitor entry is allowed.
- Participate in orientations on a bi-weekly basis, scheduled every other Tuesday.
- Maintain appropriate documentation in EHR-HCS.
- Adhere to a business casual dress code.
