About Our Practice
- In business since 1994
- Currently (2) Drs. and (4) hygienists
- Dr. chairs: 6 Hygiene chairs: 5
- 60% PPO and 40% FFS
- Digital X-Ray system, iTero, CEREC
- Schedule: full-time Monday-Friday

Qualifications and Skills
- 2-4 years of clinical experience
- Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
- Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges & dentures
- Endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve

- Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
- Generous CE allowance

Requirements
- Valid dental license in Pennsylvania and completion of an accredited dental program
- Proven experience as an Associate Dentist
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize patient care
- Dedication to providing compassionate and personalized dental care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
- Perform procedures, including but not limited to cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose dental conditions
- Create treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care techniques
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry and technology
