JOB TITLE: Regional Manager, Asset Protection - Central

REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Asset Protection

WORK LOCATION: Dallas or Austin, TX

JOB PURPOSE:

The Regional Manager of Asset Protection is responsible for protecting the retail stores and company assets within Dior U.S. Central region. The main objective is to ensure the safety and security of our stores, ensure the region is achieving company shrink goals, support inventories and manage investigations. The Regional Manager of Asset Protection will work closely with the Senior Director of Asset Protection, Retail Operations, Internal Control, HR and Legal teams to streamline processes around operations and risk management and maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Asset Protection
  • Inform store and corporate leadership of potential security risks within regional retail locations
  • Constantly relay all corporate initiatives to store teams
  • Enforcement of compliances and company procedures
  • Protection of employees and maintaining awareness of safety issues
  • Install and implement standards and procedures to control internal and external loss
  • Ensure security standards and procedures are followed
  • Complete operational audits to ensure compliance
  • Initiate and lead investigations within the region; attend court appearances on behalf of the company
  • Centralize security vendors selection and compliance
  • Implement and monitor internal controls and documenting any incidents that take place in the boutique
  • Ensure the protection of employees and maintain awareness of safety issues
  • Network with local law enforcement
  • Coordinate security and safety during events and other functions


Training
  • Facilitate trainings to create awareness in our retail locations and advise them of Dior Policies and Procedures
  • Motivate store personnel in Loss Prevention strategies and techniques to further protect company and store loss
  • Visit our Boutiques and roll out new trainings as needed
  • Champion all Asset Protection specific topics


Reporting
  • Provide weekly quantitative and qualitative reports/recaps on losses, recoveries, and violations of policy and procedures to business leader
  • Set-up a strong and efficient escalation process

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Working knowledge of Security/Asset Protection affiliated equipment (C.C.T.V., Alarm systems and access control platforms)
  • WZ Certified, CFI Preferred
  • At least 7 Years of experience in the field of Asset Protection/Loss Prevention
  • At least 3 Years of multi store experience
  • Ability to travel within the Central region as required
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
