Investment Banking Engineering, Production Engineer, Associate, Dallas TX.

Responsibilities:

Managing support activities in various Trade booking platforms
Working hands-on to investigate and resolve issues across systems
Working with cross functional teams across regions to resolve production issues, troubleshooting problems, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring smooth operation of software and systems through maintenance and integrations
Communicate closely with internal/ external stakeholders such as Deal Team, Operations desk, etc., during life cycle events
Develop scripts to automate daily manual activities
Be part of an enriching team and solve real Production engineering challenges.
Be a bridge between Business and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
2.5+ years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
Proficient to advanced skills with a scripting language (Java, Python)
Willingness to learn
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Strong ability to multi-task
Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
