With a network of more than 60 facilities, we deliver a comprehensive range of services, including family medicine, women's health, dentistry, internal medicine, ENT, optometry, pediatrics, and behavioral health. We also offer specialized programs such as WIC nutrition services, school-based health centers, black lung treatment, homeless outreach initiatives, and pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
Educate patients on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices.
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Valid medical license in West Virginia and/or Ohio, or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
Dedication to community-focused care and ongoing professional growth
What We Offer:
Competitive salary with additional incentive potential.
Supplemental compensation of 10.35%, up to $23,000 annually, to support your 403b plan.
