The Marketing Manager develops marketing and communication strategies, plans & executes marketing campaigns/product launches, leads the design and production of marketing materials, and drives the ongoing marketing and advertising needs of one or more product categories. This role will work closely with the product management, training, research, and brand teams to execute best in class go-to-market plans for all customers - including, but not limited to, plumbers and distributors, homeowners, and business owners.
This position is for our Water Heater Division located in Roswell, GA.

This role will work closely with the product management, training, research, and brand teams to execute best in class go-to-market plans for all customers - including, but not limited to, plumbers and distributors, homeowners, and business owners.
This position is for our Water Heater Division located in Roswell, GA.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the marketing lead and subject matter expert for one or more water heating categories
- Manage category product launches and commercialization efforts including assets for marketing, sales, training, and promotional campaigns
- Develop and execute category marketing strategies for new and existing products
- Lead B2B and B2C communications, content creation, and direct creative design
- Brand stewardship: protect, and support brand identity and messaging
- Manage external advertising agencies and partners
- Collaborate with Air divisions and enterprises to develop compelling content for sustainability and decarbonization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of hands-on marketing experience with focus on product marketing, marketing communications or related field
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working across digital and traditional media channels including Display, Paid Social, SEM, and Print and developing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills and a track record of success meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and/ or agencies to drive successful results
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite, Adobe, and asset management systems
- Working knowledge of graphic design, digital, print and web design concepts
HOW TO STAND OUT
- Proven success in driving the go-to-market strategy for product launches
- Proven success in developing comprehensive marketing strategies, plans and budgets
- Certifications and ongoing skills development in marketing field
- Content or writing samples demonstrating proficiency in developing compelling audience messaging, product brochures and literature
- Graphic design samples from successful campaigns
