Senior Accountant

Soni is seeking an International Accounting & Financial Reporting Specialist! In this role you will manage the Firm's global financial statement audits, working closely with external auditors. This hands-on role offers a great opportunity to support financial statement preparation and ensure accuracy across multiple countries and currencies-without the need for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Financial Audits: Assist in preparing and completing financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with various accounting principles and country-specific standards. Develop workpapers, document journal entries, and research discrepancies.
• Intercompany Invoices: Prepare workpapers for intercompany invoices and manage settlements.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Identify process improvements and maintain organized electronic filing systems.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Provide support to teams such as Tax, communicate with global contacts, and resolve financial issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of audit/accounting experience (public accounting preferred).
• Familiarity with international accounting standards and multi-currency reporting.
• Strong Excel and Word skills (Aderant knowledge a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $82,000 to $95,000 annually
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
