What you'll do
The salary for this role is $170,000.00 - $220,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

What you'll do
- The Head of Henkel Production System (HPS) Americas is a senior leadership role inour Henkel Adhesive Technologies Operations and Supply Chain organization responsible for driving operational excellence across the Americas region (North and Latin America).
- This individual will design and deploy the strategic roadmap for HPS implementation, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing regional and local needs.
- By leveraging Lean methodologies and the Management Operating System (MOS), the incumbent will foster a culture of continuous improvement, leadership development, and measurable operational results.
- As a transformational leader, the Head of HPS Americas will collaborate closely with Adhesive Operations Network Leaders of Americas, site leaders, cross-functional teams, and Regional Leaders of supporting areas to ensure the effective execution of strategic initiatives.
- This role will also serve as a key link between the global HPS team and regional operations and HPS key strategic initiatives of the region, facilitating knowledge sharing, standardization, and innovation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field), Business Administration, or Operations Management. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing operations or supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence role.
- Technical Knowledge: Demonstrable expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and A3 problem-solving. Excellent leadership, team building, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects and facilitate continuous improvement workshops/events.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt required; Master Black Belt preferred). Project Management Professional (PMP) knowledge.
- Skilled Facilitator: Excellent presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners and adapt training styles to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple training initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Technology Aptitude: Proficiency in learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office.
