Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Design end-to-end marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email marketing, journey builder, automation studio, and other relevant modules.
  • Architect data models and integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems such as CRM, ERP, and third-party data sources.
  • Customize and configure Marketing Cloud functionalities to support personalized marketing campaigns, dynamic content, and customer segmentation.
  • Lead technical workshops and design sessions to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, data models, and integration specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, and administrators, to deliver integrated marketing solutions that drive business results.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Marketing Cloud configurations to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud product updates, releases, and industry trends to recommend and implement new features and capabilities.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
  • Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including email studio, journey builder, automation studio, and data extensions.
  • Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and other scripting languages for data manipulation and customization within Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with data integration techniques, including API integrations, data synchronization, and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
