Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

A 4-year college or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study.
Minimum of 3 years of marketing Cloud experience.
Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.

Technical Skills
(Required)
Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification.
Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.

Typical task breakdown:
Configure, test and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns.
Monitor technical performance of assets and test/troubleshoot.
Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal client teams.
Estimate effort required to implement proposed solutions.
Build and maintain solution related documentation.

Interaction with team:
Daily standups with agile team Business Analyst and Product Owner. Regular Teams chats and meetings available as needed

Work environment:
Hybrid.
Primarily remote, some work in Nashville office as needed.

Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.
Marketing Cloud to CRM Connect familiarity with Data Extensions, Audience building, and Journey Automation using Sales and Service data
