Description:
Strong experience of Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud) and quality assurance experience.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case development, and the software development life cycle.
Good programming skills in the development of Test Automation framework using Selenium, JUnit, TestNG or similar tools.
Experience with Behavior Driven Development and Object-Oriented Programming.
Ability to create and maintain the Automation framework in an Agile development environment.
Experience in setting up CI/CD Pipeline to perform scheduled Automation runs and generate test execution report.
Experience working within Agile, DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices.
Strong experience with test software and tools, such as Jira.
Extensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testing.
Tenaciously skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Cloud knowledge in preferred
Key Expectations from the Role
1 Work within team of Salesforce QA engineers and testers, and establish as well as consistently improve testing best practices
2 Define test strategies, plans, test cases, tasks, and estimates as well as execute tests to meet stakeholder requirements
3 Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance test plans, scripts, and methodologies to ensure compliance with system specifications
4 Write functional test scripts, conduct functional testing, capture test results, and validate defect fixes
5 Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions offering inputs from a QA perspective
6 Produce reports on testing progress for internal and external stakeholders
