- Extensiveexperience with IBM BigFix administration and management.
- Minimumof 6-10 years of experience in a similar role
- IBMCertified Deployment Professional
- Strongknowledge of endpoint management, security, and compliance.
- Proficiencyin relevance language
- Proficiencyin scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or Bash.
- Familiaritywith Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Understandingof networking concepts and protocols.
- Hands-onexperience with BigFix deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Experiencein enterprise IT environments and large-scale endpoint management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design,deploy, and configure BigFix environments.
- Developand implement BigFix automation scripts and policies.
- Ensureseamless integration of BigFix with other enterprise systems
- Monitorand maintain BigFix infrastructure.
- Applypatches, updates, and upgrades to BigFix servers and endpoints.
- Applicationpackaging and deployment through BigFix
- ManageBigFix consoles, relays, and client configurations.
- Developand enforce endpoint security policies using BigFix.
- Conductregular security audits and compliance checks.
- Respondto security incidents and provide remediation using BigFix.
- Troubleshootand resolve issues related to BigFix deployments and operations.
- Collaboratewith other I T teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Createand maintain comprehensive documentation for BigFix processes andconfigurations.
- Generatereports on BigFix activities, compliance status, and security incidents.
- Stayupdated with the latest BigFix features, updates, and industry trends.
