Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data analytics projects and initiatives to provide insights into equipment performance and operational efficiency.
- Develop customized reporting and dashboards for tracking telematics data and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is integrated and actionable for fleet management optimization.
- Apply advanced analytical methods to identify trends, reduce downtime, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of telematics data, utilizing both Excel and PowerBI tools to visualize and analyze data effectively.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading data analytics teams, data mining, and the development of customized reporting.
- Proven track record of working on analytical or digital projects in a high-level capacity.
Technical Skills (Required):
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, trend analysis, and decision-making.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience working with CAT Digital technologies or within the Caterpillar ecosystem.
- Proficiency in PowerBI for building reports and dashboards.
