Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a sales team across Torrance, Ca. This a hybrid role, with minimal overnight travel (0%-5%), offers a competitive base salary, commission and bonuses. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales for a diverse portfolio, including products from HP, Sharp, Ricoh, and Canon, as well as managed IT services, managed print services, document management, mailing equipment, and workflow software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership and coaching abilities, and experience with midsize to large accounts. Experience with state and local government accounts is a plus. This hands-on role requires active participation in the field to sell, coach, and develop individual contributors, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Sales Representatives within the assigned territory.
- Focus on selling copiers, printers, and managed print services.
- Engage with midsize to large accounts.
- Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
- Actively participate in the field to sell, coach, and develop individual contributors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Experience with state and local government accounts is a plus, but not required.
