Overview
The Manager, Brand Consulting position will work out of the corporate office in New York City or Denver on brand consulting and partnership strategy initiatives for OVG Global Partnerships; the sponsorship and marketing arm of Oak View Group (OVG). Suitable for the role are commercially aggressive professionals with experience in brand activation, ticket management, premium hospitality and experiential marketing. This role requires self-motivation, attention-to-detail, mutli-tasking, creative problem solving and a passion for the planning, execution and logistical coordination in sports and live entertainment.
This role pays a yearly salary of $75,000 to $90,000 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute world class partnership and hospitality programs for prospects and clients of OVG Global Partnerships. This includes creating necessary sales materials, coordinating package fulfillment and ensuring flawless delivery of ticket and experiential hospitality commitments.
- Maintain continuous communication with venues and properties on hospitality and experiential programs and commitments for clients. Responsible for tracking and delivery confirmation of ticketing requests, add-on experiences, and concierge-like client service.
- Manage the scope of work with vendors, partners and brands on the delivery of projects, procurement of goods and services, and other tasks as directed, to ensure all client objectives are achieved and surpassed. This includes researching and building programs based on client requests.
- Create performance recaps highlighting learnings, measurement and client recommendations.
- Collaborate with OVG Creative Services on all deliverables including building the structure of sales presentations, departmental or company-wide tools, program marketing assets, etc.
- Articulate and present integrated sponsorship platforms to internal and external decision-makers and project stakeholders. This includes collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Develop sales tools for new business including client proposals, RFP's, term sheets, prospecting sheets and thought starters. Support in researching experiential and hospitality opportunities for clients as needed.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to report on and discuss ongoing owned projects. Preparation of meeting materials and recap documents for clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Undergraduate and/or graduate studies in marketing, business, sports business management, marketing and communications
- 5+ years of cumulative experience, including 2-3 years in experiential marketing, strategy or hospitality, with proven skills in development, project management, client service and execution. Demonstrated success in one or more of the following industries: sports, venues, music, or entertainment.
- Ability and desire to travel up to 50% of the job, including nights, weekends and national holidays. Willingness to work the hours required to fulfill the commitments of the role.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to quickly understand brands/partners' business models and identify creative solutions for how to solve for indicated KPI's.
- Strategic and critical thinker who is dynamic, forward thinking, analytical and extremely well organized. Demonstrated successes managing sports and live entertainment experiential marketing, and hospitality programs.
- Assist with contract negotiations, renewals and positioning documents.
- Highly driven initiative-taker, with ability to work as a team or independently on projects.
