What You Will Be Doing
The selected candidate for this Integrated Logistics Support Manager - Level 3 position is responsible for providing integrated logistics support to C-130J customers for AMMM Sustainment Operations.
This position will integrate across functional teams assigned to the AMMM Program. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining sustainment requirements for proposals, performing technical evaluations, responding to fact-find inquiries, and negotiating win-win positions with customers. The candidate will also oversee program level contracted logistics and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and on budget. The selected candidate will effectively deal with abstract issues and develop solid plans and communication strategies to effectively respond to internal or external customers. This position will require face to face meetings with customers and LM program management representatives as well as travel to customer locations. The candidate will ensure that technical content contained in executive-level briefings, presentations, and correspondence is up to date in support of program actions. The selected candidate will also be responsible for detailed planning and providing task and status visibility to ensure alignment and synchronization between Life Cycle Engineering & Logistics communities. This position requires a highly motivated, detail oriented, individual with the ability to follow through on both internal and external commitments.

Basic Qualifications
Previous experience working with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) disciplines such as Supply, Provisioning, Technical Publications, Field Services, Support Equipment and Training, and/or relevant experience as an ILS manager
Experience working with internal and/or external customers with familiarity with customer support elements (i.e. project management, managing cost/schedule/budget, managing to program deadlines)
Exposure to working across cross-functional teams (i.e. Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management)
Experience with presentations to senior officials, executives, and/or program leadership
Desired skills
An aeronautical logistics background and Earned value management training.
Knowledge of and prior experience with supply/item management.
Familiarity with Engineering Change Release System (ECRS), Time Compliance Technical Orders/Service Bulletin (TCTO/SB) process.
Familiarity with Integrated Master Plans/Integrated Master Schedules, LM Sustainment Processes and Aircraft Modification Procedures.
Experience with ACCESS and Tableau
Work and communicate well in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $78,500 - $150,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
