Overview
This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity that can be based out of Lancaster, PA or Mount Laurel, NJ.
The Director of Enterprise Reporting and Accounting Policy is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of reporting to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), Bank regulatory reporting and Accounting Policy for the holding company and the Bank. This role is critical in ensuring the completeness, accuracy and compliance with external and internal financial statements, board reports, SEC filings and Bank regulatory reporting filings, and will ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements while enhancing the quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes.

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Accounting, Finance or other applicable. (Required)
Experience
10 or more years corporate financial reporting in the banking industry. (Required)
2 or more years public accounting firm experience; Big Four (preferred). (Required)
Certifications
Certified Public Accountant. (Required)

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $152,200.00 - $253,700.00 annually.
Additional Compensation Components
This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including other members of the Corporate Accounting Partners team, Risk, Credit, Loan and Deposit Operations and Portfolio Management to ensure adherence to internal policies and accuracy of internal and external reporting.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the CFO, senior leadership, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency between SEC reporting and bank regulatory reporting, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy and integrity with all relevant filings, including SEC 1933 and 1934 Act filings and financial reports to regulatory bodies.
- Manage external and internal audits, and serve as the primary liaison with the public accounting firm and Internal Audit for Corporate Accounting Partners.
- Identify and implement opportunities that enhance financial reporting processes to improve operational efficiency, optimize data quality and reduce residual reporting risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the SEC Reporting and Regulatory Reporting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes and assess their impact to ensure the company's financial statements and reporting practices remain current and in compliance.
- Lead the implementation of new SEC rules and ensure compliance with new reporting requirements.
- Prepare analysis, reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors on new accounting pronouncements and issues relative to reporting compliance.
- Prepare and facilitate Disclosure Committee meetings.
- Serve as liaison between Corporate Accounting Partners and Credit division to ensure appropriate application of GAAP related to CECL requirements.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP, and specifically, excellent technical accounting understanding of CECL, derivatives, mortgage servicing rights, corporate tax, fixed assets, lease accounting, sale-leaseback transactions, branch-related transactions and business combination accounting. (Required)
- Proven leadership and communication skills to be able to manage across the organization and lead a team to the next level of best practices. (Required)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. (Required)
- Expertise in SEC reporting requirements; experience with preparation of 10-Ks and 10-Qs. (Required)
- Expertise in regulatory reporting requirements; experience with preparation of CALL reports and other related regulatory reports. (Required)
- Experience presenting to senior leaders and board of directors. (Required)
