Job Description:

- Work on a skilled nursing floor with 35-40 residents, providing care alongside Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).
- Assist in caring for residents receiving short-term rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor who is accessible in the building.
- Perform nursing duties including medication administration, wound care, and documentation of patient care plans.
- Monitor the health and wellness of residents and report any changes in condition to the RN supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of care is maintained.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
