As a Conversion SAT team member contribute to activities of Phase 1.2 of Apollo for Exelon- Requirements Gathering, and Fit Gap Analysis, which includes
Attend workshops to understand cross stream dependencies- Requirement gathering, Fit/ gap analysis, Integrations, Report/ Extension Approach
Perform reusability analysis for existing Conversion artifacts
Support/ contribute to updates of Conversion Approach, which includes
* Create/ update workshop materials
* Schedule workshops/ provide support for scheduling
* Follow-up on action items, within and across teams
Support scoping of Conversion objects- fit/ gap analysis, mapping of requirements to existing/ new Conversion objects
Support updating Conversion Technical Design docs to align with project specific requirements
Provide inputs as RTR/ PTC conversion SME to other teams in support of non-conversion deliverables
Support updates to Workplan for Phase 2
