Qualifications:
- Manage multiple, complex enterprise-wide programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive program objectives.
- Understand labor costs in relation to overall revenue generation, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues affecting program delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that programs remain aligned with business goals.
- Work with senior leadership to clearly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes of ongoing programs and projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of Enterprise Program and Project management experience, with a strong focus on Transformation and Business Optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in labor cost optimization is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
