Senior IT Project Manager

Description

This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, working three days in our South Sioux City, Nebraska office and two days working from home.

**An experienced hire in this role will be considered to work fully remotely.

In this role, you'll serve as a strategic leader, driving key initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You'll oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle-from planning and design to execution and delivery-while collaborating with stakeholders across the company.You'll play a pivotal role in managing large-scale IT projects, working closely with business partners, leadership, and executive teams. Responsibilities:

• Project Planning Execution - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Risk Management - Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Budget Resource Management - Oversee project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Performance Monitoring - Track project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), provide regular status reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization - Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and implement best practices in project management.
• Leadership Team Coordination - Guide project teams, facilitate collaboration, and ensure clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Guidewire experience preferred.
• P C experience preferred.
• Project management work experience leading complex projects.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to take the initiative, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
