Overview
As non-clinical Medical Staff Director, you will work closely with the CEO and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to align relationships and organizational strategies with medical staff. This blended clinical-corporate position manages, directs and supports the medical facilities' operations and provides leadership and oversight to medical staff for peer-review and credentialing for multiple facility locations.

- A Master's Degree program with a major or concentration in Business Administration from an accredited college or university. Training and experience can be substituted for formal education, depending on the nature and duration.
- 5-7 years of professional staff management experience, evidencing strong supervisory skills and organizational expertise, including management and development of multiple staff members performing jobs of varying responsibility and level.
- A foundational understanding of the theory and practices of healthcare;
- Familiarity with advancements in information privacy strategies and technologies to assure practice adaptation and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills, with knowledge of statistics, data collection, and outcome measurements.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of interpreting and presenting data in complex documents, including tables, charts, graphs and other elements.
- Strong foundational skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) system is preferred.
