Description:

create application packages and develop custom scripts based on business requirements.
Reviews and assesses risk associated with new and existing 3rd party software titles producing corresponding documentation.
Collects and analyses pertinent software documentation, industry statistics, release notes, vulnerability mgmt., and life cycle mgmt.
Collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and Security teams.
Documents their recommendations for approval or denial status based on collected evidence.
Creates deployment packages and custom applications for net new software titles, upgrades, and application uninstalls.
Creates, submits, and obtains approvals for application deployment change controls.
Participates in QA and peer review process with Operations team.
Documents tech specifications for all new and updated application packages.
Manages required and available software deployments using SCCM/MECM.
Performs other duties as directed.
