San Jose, CA (Onsite)
  • 8+ years of Functional experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud with experience in Support and implementation
  • Should have hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud Modules, Sourcing, Supplier portal, Supplier Qualification Management, Self-service Procurement, and Purchasing.
  • Provide Functional & technical expertise in the troubleshooting of the Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Augment the client's business systems support staff in providing support for both on and off hours as well as weekend support.
  • Respond to and resolve priority incidents/tickets. Provide status and process area updates.
  • Validates prioritization and categorization of tickets, changes, and enhancements with the business.
  • Maintain close coordination with IT and business owners and work with leads to balance workload across resources/Fusion ERP Cloud application.
  • Facilitate user acceptance and validation of functionality with the business.
  • Identify areas for process improvement.
  • Available for on-call 24x7 support for Priority1 issues.
