Description:
Job Description-
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Architect or Process Architect and 2+ years as Product Owner.
- Good experience in jBPM tools (Business Process Modeling).
- Experience with Trisotech DMN Modeling (Decision Model and Notation).
- Deep understanding of FEEL Expressions.
- Understanding of Input Data structures, Literal Expressions, Context Expressions, Business Knowledge Models, Decision Table and Decision Service.
- Ability to model L1 to L5 business architecture models.
- Knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
- Experience in process discovery and eliciting requirements by going through existing documentation, conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguous environment and bring clarity to team with well-defined target state processes.
- Ability to translate target state into business requirement for implementation.
- Ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT teams.
- Knowledge on Railroad, Travel & Logistics industry is not mandatory but plus.
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and strong customer facing skills.
- Experience working in onsite- offshore model.
- Experience working in time critical, fast paced environment.
