Experience: 12-15 years of experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC 6.0
Skills: SAP S/4HANA with Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing experience
Business Domain: Pharmaceuticals, Biotech Leadership & Architecture

Responsibilities expected during project:

• Adding Manufacturing capabilities
• Batch and lot management appropriate for incoming materials (cellular starting material, consumables & semi-finished products
• Support transactions required for the creation of an electronic batch record
• Engineer-to-Order manufacturing processes, supported by some make-to-stock processes (i.e. common media)
• Provide chain of identity, chain of custody (COI/COC) traceability with the rest of the ecosystem, end to end
• Final product labeling
• Adding Quality Capabilities
• Incoming material release: batch/patient specific
• Incoming material sampling/hold/release: consumables
• Streamlining and automating drug product release
• Adding Planning capabilities
• Support of the Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP)
• Materials Resource Planning and associated direct procurement
• Expanding Warehousing capabilities
• Location management, segregation, short & long term storage of raw materials, final product, and retain samples
