Description:

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, support, enhance back-end integration solutions seamlessly to connect LinkedIn enterprise systems
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations
  • Review business/functional requirement documents, author technical design documents, and produce high quality integrations that are unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Finance, Sales Ops, Facilities, Enterprise Productivity Engineering to streamline and automate data delivery and synchronization among enterprise applications
  • Highly agile and work independently and produce high quality deliverables

Basic Qualifications
7+ years expert level experience in Workday integrations, Web Services, Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, SOAP, REST API, SQL, and system integration development
BS degree in CS, CE, EE, MIS, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience
Expertise in building Workday PECI and PICOF integrations.

Preferred Qualifications
Highly self-driven, execution-focused, with a willingness to do "what it takes to deliver results as you will be expected to rapidly cover a considerable amount of ground on your own
Understanding of development methodology and actual experience writing functional and technical design specifications
Demonstrated experience resolving complex business and application problems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work cross-functionally independently
Current Workday Integration development certifications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in lieu of every year of education
  • Min 8 years of experience in Information Technology
