Title: Sterile Compounding Pharmacist
Compensation: 145-155K
Permanent Hire position: Onsite
Location: Orlando, FL (near Universal Studios)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise compounding, labeling, and daily operations in the pharmacy
Complete accurate logs of controlled substances and compounding records
Perform both pre-and-post compounding operational checks
Accept and incorporate new ideas and protocols in the workflow including process improvements and corrective actions
Recognize priorities and act, accordingly, make productive use of time
Participate as required in CAPA investigations
Supervise and assist technician preparing sterile admixtures
Ensure compounding is performed according to SOP and batch record directions
Maintain pharmacy finished products inventory on a real-time basis
Enforce applicable personnel policies and procedures
Strive to resolve conflicts and problems on his/her own initiative maintaining a positive work environment
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (B.S) in pharmacy
Requirement: sterile compounding experience
Must be currently licensed to practice in the state (Florida).
Multiple state licenses preferred.
Two to Five year of experience in managing or working with technicians
About the Job:
Monday through Friday 9am-6pm
7 paid holidays
