Lead Cross functional teams
Provide technical guidance on best practices for scalable data models, data engineering pipelines, orchestration & enterprise data integration strategies
Experience Required Strategic Planning, Data Architecture, Technical Leadership, Business Requirements Mapping.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes.
Develop and optimize data storage solutions (data lakes, warehouses, etc.).
Ensure data architecture aligns with business needs and industry best practices.
Implement data governance and security best practices.
Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and cost efficiency.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability.
Work with cloud platforms like Azure for data infrastructure.
Implement and manage databases
Organize and manage the technical team of data architects, modelers, and engineers, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to ensure successful on-time project delivery.
Design reusable data engineering frameworks, including Data Ingestion and Collection, Data Validation and Reconciliation, and Error Logging and Monitoring
Provided technical guidance on best practices for scalable data models, data engineering pipelines, orchestration, and enterprise data integration strategies.
Develop automated data workflows and pipelines.
Implement CI/CD practices for data engineering.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Implement role-based access control and encryption.
Monitor and audit data access and usage.
Continuously enhance data quality and reliability.
Generic Managerial Skills
Able to lead the team of Data scientist, Data processors & engineers
Should have the capabilities to drive strategic decisions
Excellent communication skills
Salary Range: $150,000-$170,000 a year
