As the Chief Operating Officer, you'll be an integral part of our treatment team, providing continuous care, supervision, and positive role modeling to patients across various age groups from adolescents to geriatrics. Working under the guidance of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you'll contribute to creating a therapeutic environment that fosters patient support and well-being.

  • Supervising and supporting performance improvement activities on a daily basis and assure that action is taken as needed and as authorized by organization policies and procedures.
  • Receiving and reviewing department/service performance measures and documentation to evaluate performance improvement activities and coordinate reports of findings on daily, monthly and annual basis to the Quality Council, Medical Executive Committee and Board.
  • Maintain records of the performance improvement performance measures and statistical tools used to describe studies performed or methodology.
  • Advise and assist all departments/services and committees accountable for performance improvement activities.
  • Prepares, coordinates and documents PI meetings.
  • Maintain a record of all completed reviews, evaluations and process improvement team activities.


Your Experience Matters What we're looking for:

Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or clinical specialty. Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or clinical specialty.

Licenses/Certification: Healthcare professional licensure preferred.

Compensation:

This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range is $110,000 to $150,000. We're eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Chief Operating Officer!
