We are seeking a dynamic Senior Architect to be the cornerstone of our digital program. This role requires a seasoned Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will act as the primary point of contact (POC) for our customer. The ideal candidate will have a robust software engineering background with significant experience in ecommerce within a retail environment. You will lead and manage a large support team both onsite and offshore, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), address critical issues, and drive them to resolution. Proficiency in technologies such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Java Spring Boot, and Oracle ATG is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Program Leadership: Take ownership of the digital program, providing expert technical guidance to meet the objectives outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Ensure all technical requirements and deliverables are met.
Production Support & Maintenance: Exhibit strong expertise in production support and application maintenance processes, including incident management, problem management, and service request handling. Maintain seamless operation of ecommerce applications. Candidate should have worked on B2C Ecommerce websites support and should be familiar with ITIL process and key support metrics related to delivery.
Critical Issue Resolution: Lead technical analysis and RCA of critical support triaging calls. Engage in project management reviews with the client to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Offer technical guidance and mentorship to the project support team across various service lines and locations. Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Performance Metrics: Drive the achievement of business support metrics for the project. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success.
Team Management: Oversee project team members and contractors, providing mentorship to help them achieve project goals. Ensure alignment with project objectives through effective leadership.
Status Reporting: Communicate project status to the client and internal higher management. Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and accomplishments.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth project execution. Proactively address challenges to minimize impact.
Ecommerce Expertise: Bring in-depth knowledge of the retail ecommerce domain and familiarity with one or more ecommerce platforms, preferably Oracle ATG Commerce. Utilize domain expertise to drive project outcomes.

Technical Proficiencies:
AppDynamics: Skilled in application performance management and monitoring.
Splunk: Proficient in log management and analysis.
Java Spring Boot: Experienced in developing and maintaining applications.
Oracle ATG: Expertise in Oracle ATG Commerce platform.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in software engineering, production support with at least 5 years in a senior architect or similar role.
Extensive experience in ecommerce within a retail environment.
Proven track record of leading and managing large support teams, both onsite and offshore.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AppDynamics for application performance management and monitoring.
Expertise in Splunk for log management and analysis.
Strong background in Java Spring Boot for developing and maintaining applications.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle ATG Commerce platform. ( Nice to have)

Leadership & Management:
Demonstrated ability to lead technical analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) of critical issues.
Experience in mentoring and guiding project support teams across multiple locations.
Strong project management skills, including risk and issue management.

Domain Expertise:
Deep understanding of the retail ecommerce domain and familiarity with various ecommerce platforms.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective status reporting and client interactions.
Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve critical issues promptly.
Certifications (optional but preferred):
Relevant certifications in ecommerce platforms, project management (e.g., PMP), or specific technologies (e.g., Java, Oracle ATG).
