This opportunity is with an established, but growing medical device company that is making significant investments in the North American market. With a strong portfolio of products and a commitment to expansion through acquisitions, they are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive revenue growth and lead the commercial organization.
About the Role

The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for integrating and optimizing the company's sales operations, harmonizing multiple business units, and leading a team of approximately 100 entities across different divisions. This executive will play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Lead and integrate sales teams across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage and optimize sales leadership, including directors, regional sales managers, direct reps, and distributors.
  • Oversee key account management, including military, distributor, and reseller partnerships.
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency, enhance sales performance, and achieve sustained organic revenue growth.
  • Serve as a key leader in the company's continued North American acquisitions and business integration efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven leadership experience in a commercial executive role, managing ~$100M+ in revenue.
  • Strong track record of integrating and scaling sales organizations within medical devices.
  • Experience in Orthotics & Prosthetics, DME, Rehabilitation, Lymphedema, Compression, or related specialties.
  • Background in leading commercial turnarounds and growth initiatives.
  • Based in a major metro area.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Bonus/Variable Compensation: $100,000+ (uncapped potential)
  • Total Compensation: $300,000 - $350,000+
