We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of construction projects throughout the Vegas area, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Supervise subcontractors, site crews, and field personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and enforce best construction practices to meet company and industry standards.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor costs and work closely with project managers to stay within budget constraints.
• Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and address construction issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a superintendent with significant experience building ground up multifamily projects over 50 units.
• Certifications: OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety or industry certifications are a plus.

Compensation

Annual salary $100K - $140K depending on experience
