Bucketlist is looking for a collaborative and strategic Director of Demand Generation & ABM, who will lead, build, and scale a best-in-class demand generation function at Bucketlist. This role is for a visionary strategist and hands-on executor who thrives in high-growth environments, values teamwork, understands modern demand generation, and can bring ABM strategies to life to directly impact revenue.

You will define, execute, and optimize demand generation programs that foster growth, create meaningful engagement, and drive measurable revenue impact. This is a highly collaborative leadership role, with a strong emphasis on partnership, teamwork, and shared goals across marketing, sales and partnerships.

A key focus will be leveraging AI-driven marketing experiments to enhance reach, deepen engagement, and improve campaign effectiveness. You will work alongside the VP of Marketing to continuously co-create, nurture, and refine marketing strategies, ensuring that marketing is a strategic growth driver for Bucketlist.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
  • Own and develop demand generation strategies across inbound, outbound ABM, and partnership-driven GTM motions to maximize pipeline growth
  • Design and execute scalable demand generation programs that create more revenue growth and sales pipeline with mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Create and optimize high-impact, engaging multichannel campaigns (paid media, content, events, outbound) to increase brand visibility, demand creation and demand capture
  • Implement data-driven marketing strategies to attract, convert, and nurture high-intent leads at every stage of the funnel
  • Co-build strategic marketing initiatives with partners to expand market reach and create joint demand generation opportunities
  • Analyze and optimize key demand gen KPIs, including pipeline contribution, lead-to-revenue conversion, and ABM engagement
  • Leverage AI-driven strategies and automation to enhance efficiency, scale demand generation efforts, and drive smarter, data-informed marketing decisions

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Personalization
  • Lead and implement ABM campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market segments and accounts
  • Leverage insights from intent data, personalization, and gifting to deepen relationships with high-priority accounts
  • Partner with and empower the SDR team by developing collaborative sales plays, ensuring a seamless approach to inbound and outbound GTMs
  • Equip sales teams with messaging, content, and ABM tactics to drive engagement

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue growth through data, AI, and bold GTM strategies
  • Foster alignment between marketing, sales, and SDR teams on ICPs, lead qualification, and pipeline acceleration
  • Mentor and support demand generation team members, ensuring strong execution and continuous learning


What you bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM, or revenue marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech
  • A proven track record of building scalable demand generation programs that drive revenue growth
  • Strong expertise in ABM methodologies, buyer journey mapping, and outbound marketing
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and SDR teams to execute high-performing campaigns
  • Analytical yet empathetic mindset, able to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize for both performance and buyer experience
  • Bias for action-you're a strategic thinker who moves fast and executes flawlessly
  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills; able to craft compelling, buyer-centric campaigns
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation)
  • Passion for AI-driven innovation and automation to drive marketing efficiency

Compensation: The anticipated Salary Range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 annually, plus $20,000 performance based bonus. The final offer will consider factors such as your expertise, role alignment, and internal equity.
