An esteemed law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate for their Complex Commercial litigation department. The position is open to San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Century City and Los Angeles.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Litigation associate class
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication, drafting skills, team oriented
• Associates in this role must protect and maintain any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial and/or proprietary information
• Capable of taking on significant responsibility
• Able to take on client interaction and significant work product.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings for general and commercial litigation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials and hearings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel regarding case developments.
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Assist in negotiations and settlement discussions as needed.
