Who You Are:

• 10+ Years of Management Experience with with Florida General Construction Company(s)
• Experience being the Lead Superintendent on commercial construction projects (Ground Up)
• Tilt Concrete Experience
• Experience in Commercial, Industrial Warehouse, Educational, Retail, and Office Markets
• Procore

What You Will Be Doing?

• Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, etc.
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
• Monitor construction progress
• Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project
• Handling projects 100% independently of a team setting
