Corporate Associate Attorney

A national law firm with over 1,000 attorneys coast to coast is seeking to a motivated Corporate Associate join their Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Seattle, Washington. The ideal attorney will be joining the 3rd though 6yr associate class. You will deal with a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private securities, offerings, contract drafting and negotiation and corporate governance. Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate required
• License in the State of Washington
• Minimum of 2 full years' experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Specific experience with company representation and strategic acquisitions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong research, writing skills, academic record required
• Experience with fund formation or other regulatory work is a plus
