Position Overview

Sr. ServiceNow Engineer

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript.
• Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts.
• Experience using the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Advanced problem-solving ability.

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• IX ticket support for DSO.
• HI ticket support as needed.
• Day2 Application Support to include troubleshooting and working with application dev teams as needed.
• DSO Development projects.
• Provide expertise for all technical issues related to development.
• Collaborate with other administrators to develop solutions and change.
