Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Location: San Antonio, TX (remote w/ Travel onsite 1 week a month covered by client)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to the O&G retail and marketing sector.
• Provide functional and technical leadership to the Salesforce team, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Identify integration needs with Microsoft technologies and develop strategies to address them.
• Oversee the development and deployment of custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to continuously improve our Salesforce environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, preferably in the O&G retail and marketing sector.
• Strong functional and technical leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft integration, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and other related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly desirable.
