Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SMB Sales Team, ensuring sales targets and revenue goals are consistently met.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to improve team capabilities and execution.
- Work closely with ASUS Sales & Product Management Teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for ASUS products and services.
- Maintain high visibility and engagement with focus accounts, including frequent in-person visits and virtual meetings.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within distribution, VAR channels, and SMB end-user segments.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring forecast accuracy and consistent deal progression.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to leverage promotions, campaigns, and market development funds (MDF) to support sales initiatives.
- Ensure the team is well-equipped with the latest industry knowledge, competitive intelligence, and product updates.
- Drive high-level QBRs both internally with management and externally with top partners to review performance, strengthen relationships, and align business objectives.

- Revenue Growth - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Acquisition - Increase the number of new SMB accounts.
- Pipeline Management - Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

- Sales Activity Metrics - Track meetings, calls, and deal progression.
- Partner Engagement - Strengthen relationships with OEMs, distributors, and resellers.
- QBR Execution - Conduct structured QBRs internally and externally to optimize strategy and performance.
Required Knowledge, Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Must have 5+ years of experience managing a sales team with a proven track record of success in computer hardware sales only.
- Experience working in OEM environments (with experience in leading global IT hardware companies).
- Strong understanding of Commercial Distribution, Reseller Channels, and SMB market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and influence decision-making at multiple levels.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and customer buying patterns to drive sales strategy.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Experience in business plan development and execution.
- Demonstrated quota achievement and sales growth.
- Technical proficiency in computer hardware and IT environments.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and drive deal closures.
- Experience in Objective and Key Results (OKR) framework implementation and execution to drive team performance and alignment.
Working Conditions:
- ASUS Markham Office (Hybrid) 3 Days / Week
- Daily engagement via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly in-person engagements, including client meetings and internal reporting.
- 25-50%+ travel required for client visits, events, and training sessions.
