CMDB Architect for Charlotte, NC (Mostly remote) Client Full Time-Remote 25% Travel--Max Salary 180k
Mostly remote, but a few workshops or client visits to Charlotte, NC would be most ideal. So, someone with flexibility like that would be most ideal. 100% remote would be a non-starter for this role.
Design, Build & Implement solutions around:
- ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, HR)
- IT Automation (Cloud, Hybrid, On-prem)
- Enterprise Integrations with heterogeneous applications
- Service Assurance
- IT Asset & License Management
Extensive experience in:
- Pre-sales solutioning
- Client CxO orals, advisory, briefing
- Architecting solutions
- Implementation, Adoption & Optimization of IT solutions
- Advisory on technology/tools strategy & roadmaps
- Building FOAK(first of a kind) solutions & offerings
- Product Management
