Responsibilities
- Build cutting-edge validation infrastructure by creating automated Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), Processor-in-the-Loop (PIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems to ensure our software is rigorously tested and validated, delivering high confidence in every release
- Develop robust software tools by designing systems that support and streamline software development and testing, from scratch, empowering engineers to move faster and more effectively
- Automate manual processes such as regression testing, ensuring that our testing procedures are not only efficient but also repeatable, accurate, and reliable
- Build intuitive dashboards and reporting tools to provide key metrics and insights on system performance, helping the team stay aligned and informed
- Work closely with a highly skilled team of embedded software engineers to solve some of the most challenging problems in embedded systems development
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in embedded software development, test development, or a related field, with a solid understanding of how to build and maintain testing infrastructure
- Strong proficiency in C and Python, a deep understanding of scripting languages (such as Perl, Shell, or Bash) to automate processes
- Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and continuous integration workflows to maintain clean, reliable code
- Experience with automation frameworks and build tools like Jenkins, Docker, Buck2, or SCons that enhance and streamline testing and development processes
- Experience with Rust or a similar modern systems programming language a plus
- Familiarity with safety-critical embedded systems or experience working on highly complex, real-time applications a plus
- Ability to read and understand circuit schematics, providing you with deeper insight into the hardware and system interactions a plus
- Experience with FPGA/HDL a plus

$133,440 - $246,720/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
